All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. We do not store full payment card details.

Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery timescales may vary depending on your location and the courier service used.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control. Medications will be packaged discreetly and securely. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive items where applicable.
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medications for resale, in accordance with UK law and patient safety requirements.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will resolve the matter promptly. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 days.
